Why I blog is because it has become the new way to communicate to others or simply to express yourself that for many years no one really could. It has become the social norm for many and with Facebook and Twitter and the many other places to have  a say, it is the ease if having a way to talk to or about someone or something that concerns us. We really don't think about it now as it seems natural to blog but we are really being taught and trained to be effective communicators and it is important to use this as a tool in our academics. Even if we never use blogging after schooling we still do in other forms like FB and Twitter or even just texting yet we decide how we will be heard and to whom. I think back on the years past and think of my mother-in law and laugh at how she would blog blog and blog in her dairies. She would talk all night on the phone until someone fell asleep. Blogging really has gotten easier.
